Flower Arrangement Booking: Important Things to Know

Seasonal Flower Availability: Flower varieties change throughout the year. If you have a specific or favorite flower in mind, please note that it may not be available during your event season. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferences and create an arrangement that matches your vision. 

Planning Ahead: Event planning is essential, as selecting, sourcing, ordering, and preparing flowers takes time, especially when specialty blooms are requested. To ensure the best possible experience, we encourage booking and planning your event well in advance. While we will always strive to accommodate last-minute requests, they may be subject to limited seasonal flower availability and additional constraints. Last-minute events are best suited for our Basic Bloom Package, which offers greater flexibility as it does not include flowers. 

Travel Fees for Events: Events located more than 30 miles from Waseca, Minnesota, will incur travel fees for events to help cover fuel and transportation costs. The fee will vary based on distance and will be discussed during the booking process. 

Damage Security Deposit: A $50 refundable security deposit may be required for certain packages. This damage security deposit will be returned within 5 days following the event, provided all Bloom Haven equipment, decor, and rental items are in their original condition with no damage or excessive cleaning required.
